Aryo Winterblack

President & Chairman

  Aryo is a Californian expatriate from Berkeley, California now living in Graz, Austria and founded the YAMC in 2016. He's a writer and a poet, likes the outdoors and enjoys traveling. He's an avid climber, skier, and runner. Aryo speaks five languages.

Julia Posch

Treasurer, MRO

Julia was born in Graz, Austria. Having lived in California, United States, she speaks fluent English. Julia is very involved with the YAMC and helps with the planning of the annual Summerwhite, among other things. Julia is also the organization's official treasurer.

Matthew Stevens

Matt Stevens is a serial entrepreneur and recovering SYS Admin from Texas. He's been working and living in Vienna, Austria since 2010. He was Director of IT at Democrats Abroad as well as Astra Zeneca. He started the TexMex brand in Vienna at Masa Tacos.

Philipp Gebhardt

Sound engineer

  Philipp is a proper "Grazer" and a very talented guitar player, having extensive knowledge of sound engineering. A graduate of Karl-Franzens University at Graz, he has been involved with YAMC from the very beginning, filming Summerwhite with his drone and playing many a wonderful songs. He loves the outdoors and has a knack for mountain sports.

Sara hofstein

Operations manager

Sara Hofstein began event planning at Columbia University. After college, she entered her chosen path of film-making. Her production company tasked her with creating everything from yacht excursions on the Hudson to lavish premiere parties. She secured corporate sponsors for her directorial debut, and received an artistic grant from the city of Vienna to complete the film. Sara brings her skills in event planning, corporate partnerships, and public funding to Young Americans Club.

Lewie Fassett

Marketing & Social media

Lewie was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota, U.S.A. Despite studying at a university in the United States, he has been with YAMC from the very beginning, attending the very first Summerwhite. Lewie currently summers in Austria & is an active and instrumental member of the YAMC team.
